LGBTQ+ fertility care in Mexico
There are lots of ways to build a family, and every one of them starts with a conversation. We'll go over your options with you and take it from your first consultation all the way to pregnancy, at our clinics in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Metepec.

Built around your family
Making a baby takes three things: eggs, sperm and a uterus to carry the pregnancy. Depending on who you're building your family with, some of those come from you, and others come from donors or a gestational carrier. We'll help you figure out the combination that works for you.
Two moms
You can both be part of the pregnancy from the start. With the ROPA Method (reciprocal IVF), one of you provides the eggs and the other carries the pregnancy. If you'd rather keep it simpler, one of you can do insemination or IVF (in vitro fertilization) with donor sperm.

Two dads
You'll need two things: an egg donor and a gestational carrier. We create the embryos through IVF in our lab, using sperm from one or both of you, and do the embryo transfer. The surrogacy agency you choose handles the carrier and the legal process.
Single parents
You don't need a partner to get started. If you have a uterus, you can try to get pregnant with donor sperm, through insemination or IVF. If you don't, the path is donor eggs plus surrogacy. And if now isn't the right time, you can freeze your eggs or sperm and decide later.

Egg donation and surrogacy
If you can't provide the eggs or carry the pregnancy yourself, someone else can help you build your family. These paths involve more steps, so we plan them with you from day one and walk you through each decision as it comes up.
Our role is medical: we create your embryos in our lab and do the embryo transfer. The surrogacy agency you choose finds the carrier and handles the contracts and the legal process, and we work closely with them.
With egg donation
We create your embryos using a donor's eggs.
With surrogacy (gestational surrogacy)
another person carries the pregnancy for you.
A surrogate carries the pregnancy.
