The first step is a consultation with one of our specialists. We will review your medical history, perform an ultrasound, and request some laboratory tests. Once we have this information, we will evaluate the best option for you and design a personalized treatment plan. The next step is to stimulate your ovaries to produce as many eggs as possible. This is achieved through a series of hormonal injections that you will administer at home.During this period, we will monitor your response to treatment to assess egg maturation and trigger ovulation at the appropriate time.

Approximately 35 hours after the ovulation trigger injection, we will retrieve your eggs through a minimally invasive surgical procedure. Generally, on the same day, we also collect the sperm sample so that our embryology team can perform fertilization and incubation. The embryos will grow in the laboratory for five days under optimal conditions until they reach the blastocyst stage.

We will analyze your embryos to determine which is the most viable and, when the timing is right, transfer it into the uterus.This procedure takes only a few minutes and does not require anesthesia.You may also choose to freeze the remaining embryos for future use. Depending on your case, the transfer may be performed using fresh or frozen embryos.

After the transfer, you will need to wait approximately 10 days to take a pregnancy test that measures the presence and levels of the hCG hormone. If the result is positive, we will guide you throughout the first trimester of your pregnancy. If not, we will reassess your case together to determine the next steps and treatment plan.
