What is In Vitro Fertilization?
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is one of the most effective treatments for achieving pregnancy. It consists of stimulating the ovaries, fertilizing the eggs in the laboratory, and transferring the embryos to the uterus.
If you have been trying to get pregnant for more than six months, we recommend an initial consultation to evaluate the most appropriate treatment. At Fertilidad Integral, we have specialists in reproductive biology, high-technology laboratories, and human support that makes the difference.

Stories and testimonials from our In Vitro Fertilization patients
ES
There are clear financial reasons to do IVF in Mexico versus the U.S., but my partner and I were surprised by how much we appreciated the difference in personal care and transparency. Doctors in the U.S. gave us no explanation for the thousands of dollars in required tests beyond 'it’s necessary,' which left us feeling uninformed, even though we are A-grade researchers. A clinic in Cancún could not answer any question that wasn’t part of their sales script.
Dra. Morán instead explained the pros and cons, the probabilities and her recommendation, but ultimately it was our choice. In the U.S., it can take months to get a consultation, but Fertilidad Integral scheduled us for the next day because we were already in CDMX after our insurance claim was denied.
The clinic itself has a great atmosphere: warm wall-sconce lighting, plush gowns and large plants. You spend a lot of time there and that starts to matter. Unlike friends of ours who have frozen eggs or embryos and end up with unused medication vials in the back of their fridge hoping to donate them someday, FI only sold us the medication we actually needed as the process moved forward.
Finally, we are a queer couple (cis and femme presenting) and we felt very welcomed and safe.

For me, Integral Fertility was a special place from the first visit. It generated a lot of confidence in me. Each member of this great FI Metepec team showed empathy, Dr. Nolazco the best biologist 😊 I felt it was a great opportunity to try again and they gave me hope to fulfill my big dream of being a mother, which is why I highly recommend them. They offer first-class care, dignified treatment, quality of service, great promotions which make them accessible, a cozy place, privacy, professional ethics and great human warmth, making it a great option to start a dream and in my case the best decision I could make because thanks to this great team today I enjoy having my baby at home 😍

After 8 years of many attempts in other clinics, and us practically trying with no hope, I'm the furtherst I've been in my pregnancy (17 weeks). And it was the first attempt at FI.. They must have done something right :) Because of the long history we have with this clinic (my medical issues), we got to know Maria and Andrea closer, who were both very attentive, and Dr Jose always responds to our concerns.
