The ideal age is between 25–35 years old, optimally before 32. At this age, there is a greater quantity and better quality of oocytes. However, it can be done later with a personalized evaluation of your ovarian reserve.

EIt is very safe. Minimal risks include: mild ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (<5% of cases), temporary medication side effects (bloating, mood changes), and minimal procedure risks (bleeding/infection <1%). We follow strict safety protocols.

Indefinitely. Vitrification stops all biological processes. Eggs frozen 10+ years have the same success rates as those frozen 1 year. What matters is the age you were when you froze them, not how long they have been frozen.

There is no legal limit, but medically it is recommended before age 38. Between 38–42 it is possible with careful evaluation. After 42, it is generally not recommended due to low reserve and quality. Your ovarian reserve matters more than just your age.

No. The retrieval is done under sedation (you don’t feel anything). Afterward, you may have mild cramps similar to menstrual pain for 1–2 days, manageable with simple pain relievers. Most people resume activities in 1–2 days.
