ADHESION AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF THE WEBSITE www.fertilidad.com, ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 S.A.P.I. DE C.V., AND THE USER, BOTH PARTIES SUBJECT TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN.

DECLARATIONS

1. By accessing and using this website, whose domain name is www.fertilidad.com, owned by FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (hereinafter "FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360"), you (the "User") declare that you accept the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, and you expressly agree to them through electronic means, pursuant to Article 1803 of the Federal Civil Code.
2. If the User does not fully and unconditionally accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, they must refrain from accessing, using, or viewing www.fertilidad.com.
3. If the User continues to use www.fertilidad.com, whether fully or partially, such use will be deemed an absolute and express acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
4. The mere use of the website grants the User full and unconditional acceptance of all general and specific conditions published at the time of access. Any modifications will be made at the discretion of FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 and are the sole responsibility of the User to be aware of.

CLAUSES

1. License
1.1. FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 grants the User a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to view and use www.fertilidad.com according to the terms herein.
1.2. “User” is defined as any individual or entity accessing www.fertilidad.com or any of its subpages or services.
1.3. The User may print or copy content exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. For legal entities, Article 148, Section IV of the Federal Copyright Law applies. All visual content is protected under Intellectual Property laws.
1.4. Republishing, distributing, sublicensing, or selling content from www.fertilidad.com without prior written permission from FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 is strictly prohibited.

2. Rules of Use
2.1–2.6. The User and FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 agree to the following rules, including that information from third parties is clearly identified and that the site uses cookies. FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 is not liable for third-party content, nor does it control or pre-screen information submitted by Users or professionals.

3. Forms
3.1. Users providing personal information do so under Article 109 of the Federal Copyright Law and are responsible for its accuracy.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
4.1–4.8. All content, trademarks, and logos on www.fertilidad.com are protected by law. Users may not alter or delete any intellectual property indications. 5. Advertising Material
5.1–5.2. Advertising on the site is independent of FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360's main content and is protected under intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1–6.5. The User agrees that use of the site is at their own risk. Services are provided “as is” without guarantees. FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1–7.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 shall not be liable for any damages related to the use or unavailability of www.fertilidad.com.

8. Site Modifications
8.1. FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 may modify or update the site at any time without liability or notice.

9. Agreement Modifications
9.1–9.3. Changes to this agreement take effect immediately upon posting on www.fertilidad.com or notification to the User. Continued use implies acceptance.

10. Disclaimer
10.1–10.4. Additional terms for new services will be posted and must be accepted. FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 is not responsible for User behavior or the truthfulness of information exchanged between Users.

11. Assignment of Rights
11.1. FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 may assign its rights and obligations under this agreement at any time.

12. Indemnity
12.1–12.5. The User agrees to indemnify FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 for any claims arising from misuse of www.fertilidad.com or infringement of intellectual property laws.

13. Termination
13.1–13.3. FERTILIDAD INTEGRAL 360 may terminate this agreement or discontinue www.fertilidad.com at any time without liability.

14. Continuity
14.1. These terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

15. No Waiver
15.1. Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
16.1. Any dispute shall first be submitted to mediation before the Alternative Justice Center of the Superior Court of Mexico City. If unresolved, jurisdiction shall be in Mexico City courts, waiving any other jurisdiction.
