TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “ROPA METHOD PACKAGE” PROMOTION, JULY 2025

General Description of the Promotion

These Terms and Conditions govern the promotion of the ROPA Method Comprehensive Package, offered by Fertilidad Integral (hereinafter referred to as The Clinic), as part of the ROPA Method Package campaign, July 2025. This package is designed for female couples who wish to share motherhood through the ROPA Method, with special prices applicable during the promotional period, valid through the end of July 2025.

Promotion Details

35% Discount on ROPA Method Package

The ROPA Package promotion is aimed at female couples who wish to share motherhood through the ROPA Method, by reserving or starting their treatment during July 2025. The treatment must begin and be completed within a maximum period of three months, with a final deadline of October 31, 2025. Additionally, at least 50% of the payment must be made during July 2025 to retain the benefit, and the remaining balance must be paid within the established period.

The package includes:

• 1 cycle of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
• Up to 5 PGT-A genetic tests
• Endometrial preparation and embryo thawing
• Up to 2 frozen embryo transfers (FET)
• International sperm donor (European Sperm Bank)
• 4 wellness sessions during the process
  
  

If additional sperm vials are required, these will incur an extra cost, depending on the selected bank. If an additional embryo transfer (FET) is needed beyond what is included, the standard current price will apply.

Promotion Validity

The ROPA Package promotion is valid from July 1 to July 31, 2025. Treatments must begin and be completed within the specified timeframe.

Restrictions and Exclusions

• All discounts apply exclusively to the first treatment cycle.
  
  
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or current discount, nor with the interest-free installment option (MSI).

Payments and Invoicing

It is important to comply with the stipulated payment dates to maintain the promotional benefit. Payments made outside the agreed timeframe may result in the loss of the applicable discounts or promotional benefits.

Patients requiring an invoice must request it in advance. Invoices must be issued and, if applicable, canceled within the current month. No changes, issuances, or cancellations will be made outside the established period.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment for the evaluation appointment and tests is non-refundable. By participating in the promotion, patients accept that by making an advance payment, they waive the right to request a refund of the funds.

In the case of high-complexity treatments, cancellation—whether for personal or medical reasons—will be subject to The Clinic’s general refund policy, which includes but is not limited to:

• Refunds will be made exclusively via bank transfer.
  
  
• 5% of the total treatment cost (before discounts or cashback) will be withheld, regardless of the payment method, as long as the cause of cancellation is attributable to the patient.
  
  

Patient Responsibilities

The patient is responsible for:

• Scheduling and attending all medical appointments punctually according to the schedule recommended by the specialist.
  
  
• Strictly following the medical instructions provided.
  
  
• Ensuring timely payments to maintain any applicable promotional benefits.
  
  
• Reviewing and accepting the content of the Privacy Notice available on the corresponding site before starting treatment.
  
  

Modifications and Termination of the Promotion

The Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, always honoring contracts previously entered into under the terms in effect at the time of payment or agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the interpretation and fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws in force in the United Mexican States. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domicile, including those related to services provided at the clinics in Metepec, Guadalajara, or any other Fertilidad Integral location.
