General Description of the Promotion
‍These General Terms and Conditions regulate the campaign "BUEN FIN, November 2025," organized by Fertilidad Integral (hereinafter "the Clinic"), which will take place from November 1 to November 30, 2025. During this period, exclusive discounts and benefits will be offered to patients who schedule and make full or partial advance payments for selected assessment appointments, low and high-complexity fertility treatments.Each participating clinic will independently manage and communicate the promotions applicable to its location. Prices and discounts are valid only at the clinic where they are advertised and may differ across locations.All promotions will be publicly displayed and accessible to patients in each participating clinic and through official communication channels such as the Clinic’s website, WhatsApp, and digital media.

Promotion Details
Each procedure and appointment type has its own promotional terms, discounts, and payment options, as described below.

Discount on In-Person Assessment and Online Appointments
Special prices will be offered on new virtual or in-person assessment appointments scheduled and prepaid between November 1 and 30, 2025, through the Clinic’s website or WhatsApp.

In-person assessment for women - $825 MXN

For homosexual couples, the same tests can be used, i.e. two sperm analyses or two Anti Mullerian Hormone tests and ultrasounds.

Online assessment appointments - $650 MXN

CDMX - 25% Discount “BUEN FIN” and interest free monthly payments on High-Specialty Treatments
A 25% discount and access to interest free payments up to 12 months will be offered on high-complexity treatments (In Vitro Fertilization, Egg or Embryo Freezing) to patients who make a minimum payment of 30% of the first treatment during November 2025. The remaining balance must be settled during the treatment. Patients will have 12 months from the date of the initial payment to begin the treatment, with a deadline for starting the treatment and settling the remaining balance by October 31, 2026. To receive the full discount, patients must adhere to the deadlines for treatment initiation and payment completion.

CDMX - 25% Discount “BUEN FIN” on Intrauterine insemination (IUI)
A 25% discount and access to interest free payments for up to 6 months will be offered on Artificial Insemination treatment to patients who make a minimum payment of 30% of the first treatment during November 2025. The remaining balance must be settled at the start of treatment. Patients have 12 months from the date of the initial payment to begin the treatment, with a deadline for starting the treatment and settling the remaining balance by October 31, 2026. To receive the full discount, patients must adhere to the deadlines for treatment initiation and payment completion.

CDMX – Special “BUEN FIN” Price and Interest-Free Installments for Desvitrification, Fertilization, and Transfer (DFT) and Donor Eggs
A special price and interest-free monthly payments plan of up to 12 months will be offered for the Devitrification, Fertilization, and Transfer (DFT) treatment with FI Bank donor egg packages of 6 or 10 eggs, to patients who make a minimum payment of 30% of the first treatment during November 2025. The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the treatment. Patients will have 12 months from the date of the initial payment to begin their treatment, with the final deadline to start and settle the remaining balance being October 31, 2026. To receive the full discount, patients must meet the established deadlines for both starting and paying for the treatment.

CDMX, Guadalajara, and Metepec – Special “BUEN FIN” Price of $20,000 MXN for Check-up Pro at All Clinics
A special price of $20,000 MXN will be offered for the Check-up Pro, available at all Fertilidad Integral clinics, for patients who schedule their first couple appointment during November 2025 and make a minimum payment of 30% within the same month.

The Check-up Pro includes:

First couple appointment with Ultrasound, AMH Test (Anti-Müllerian Hormone), and Semen Analysis
Thrombophilia Study
Operative Hysteroscopy

The regular price of this package is $36,200 MXN, so this discount represents a significant reduction during the BUEN FIN season.The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the treatment. Patients will have until October 31, 2026 to complete the operative hysteroscopy, in compliance with the established payment and study completion deadlines.

CDMX, Guadalajara and Metepec - Cashback on High-Complexity Treatments
Patients attending the assessment appointment and receiving a quote from the Clinic for high-complexity treatments (such as In Vitro Fertilization or Egg Freezing) can access the promotion and receive a cashback of 50% of the total cost of a study package.
Upon full payment of the studies, patients will automatically generate a 50% cashback applicable to the corresponding treatment.

Included studies for the promotion:

For Women: Serologies and cultures.
For men: Serologies and cultures.

The cashback generated by prepaying for studies during November can be used within three months from the payment date. To apply for the full discount, patients must make at least 30% of the treatment payment in November. Additionally, patients must initiate the treatment and complete payment within a maximum of 12 months from the date of the initial payment to begin the treatment, with a deadline for starting the treatment and settling the remaining balance by October 31, 2026. To receive the full discount, patients must adhere to the deadlines for treatment initiation and payment completion.
This benefit will be available to both new patients and those who received a quote from the Clinic before November 2025, ensuring equal access to the promotion.

Exclusive Discounts for Selected Appointments and Treatments
Patients contacted through the Clinic’s Experience Department and who receive an exclusive code for high-complexity treatments (In Vitro Fertilization or Egg Freezing) will be eligible for the same discounts as those offered in the public campaign.

The total discount on high-specialty treatments will apply when at least 30% of the payment is made during the month of November. Patients will have 12 months from the date of the initial payment to begin their treatment, with a final deadline of October 31, 2026, to start the treatment and pay the remaining balance. To receive the full discount, patients must comply with the established deadlines for treatment initiation and payment.

There is no limit to the number of treatments a patient may purchase under this promotion; therefore, if a patient wishes to acquire more than one treatment (for example, multiple IVF cycles), they may do so, applying the corresponding discount to each one.+

This promotion is not limited to first-time patients. It also applies to patients who have already undergone one or more previous cycles, as long as they meet the payment and deadline conditions established in this promotion.

Promotion Validity
‍The promotion "Buen Fin, November 2025" will be valid from November 1 to 30, 2025. Patients who make an initial payment of at least 30% of the total cost of included treatments can start the treatment and complete payment within a maximum of twelve months. The deadline to begin the treatment and settle the outstanding balance is October 31, 2026.

The promotions are applicable at all Clinic locations:

Metepec: Plaza San Patricio, Av. Tecnológico 601, 2nd Floor, San Salvador Tizatlali, Metepec, Mexico.
Guadalajara: Av. Pablo Neruda 2828, 5th Floor, Providencia 4th Section, CP 44630, Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Restrictions and Exclusions
‍All discounts apply exclusively to the first treatment cycle.
The promotion "Buen Fin, November 2025" cannot be combined with any other current promotions, offers, or discounts.

Excluded services:

Medications.
Genetic studies on embryos (such as PGT-A and PGT-M).
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) or Desvitrification, Fertilization and Transfer (DFT).
Endometrial preparation.
Timed intercourse.
Sperm donation.
Egg donation.
Wellness services.
Additional medical consultations or services derived from previous studies.

Payments and Invoicing
To maintain the benefits of the promotion, payments must be made within the established dates. Late payments may result in the loss of discounts or promotional benefits.
Patients who require an invoice must request it in advance. Invoices must be issued and, if applicable, canceled within the same current month. No changes, issuances, or cancellations will be made outside the established period.
Likewise, the amount corresponding to the treatment will be invoiced only once the medical service has been provided, as it is not possible to issue the invoice prior to the delivery of the service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
‍Payments for consultation appointments are non-refundable. By participating in the promotion, patients acknowledge that by making the advance payment, they waive the right to request a refund.
‍
In the event that, for duly justified medical reasons, the patient is unable to undergo the treatment, the cancellation will be accepted. In such cases, a penalty equivalent to 10% of the total value of the treatment will apply, intended to cover administrative and management costs incurred.

Refunds will be made exclusively via bank transfer.
‍
In the event of treatment cancellation for any non-clinical reason, a penalty will be applied to the amount paid as a deposit.
If the cancellation is made within the first three months following the deposit payment and before the start of treatment, the penalty will be 15% of the total value of the treatment.
‍
If the cancellation is made after three months, a penalty equivalent to 30% of the total value of the treatment will apply, corresponding to the amount deposited at the time of reservation.

Patient Responsibilities
‍Patients are responsible for adhering to all instructions and commitments related to their treatment at the Clinic. This includes scheduling and attending all medical consultations punctually according to the specialist's recommended schedule, strictly following the medical instructions provided, and ensuring compliance with the established payment deadlines to maintain applicable promotional benefits. Additionally, patients must review and accept the Privacy Notice, available on the relevant site, before beginning treatment.

Promotion Modifications and Termination
The Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, always respecting agreements previously made under the terms in effect at the time of payment or agreement.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
‍Any disputes arising from the interpretation and fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of the United Mexican States. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to their current or future domicile, including those related to services provided in the clinics of Metepec, Guadalajara, or any other Fertilidad Integral location.
