General Description of the Promotion
These Terms and Conditions govern the “Días para Florecer, May - June 2025” campaign, organized by Fertilidad Integral (hereinafter referred to as “The Clinic”), which will be in effect from May 23 to June 30, 2025. During this period, exclusive discounts and benefits will be offered to patients who schedule and make full or partial advance payments for their evaluation appointments or high-complexity treatments.
Promotion Details
20% Off High-Complexity Treatments Promotion
Patients who are contacted by The Clinic’s experience team or who request their first evaluation and decide to begin treatment in June 2025 may access a 20% discount on the following treatments:
To access the benefit, the promotional code MKT_HOTSALE_20OFF must be entered in the HubSpot platform at the time of the request.
The treatment must begin and be completed within a maximum period of three months, with a final deadline of September 30, 2025. Additionally, at least 50% of the payment must be made during June 2025 to retain the benefit, and the remaining balance must be paid within the established period.
ROPA Package
The ROPA Package promotion is aimed at female couples who wish to share motherhood through the ROPA Method, offered at a special price as part of our PRIDE Campaign + “Días para Florecer” in June 2025.

If additional vials are required, these will have an extra cost depending on the selected bank. If an additional embryo transfer (FET) is needed, the current standard price will apply.
To access the 20% discount, the promotional code MKT_HOTSALE_ROPA must be entered in HubSpot at the time of the request.
The treatment must begin and be completed within a maximum of six months, with a final deadline of December 30, 2025. Additionally, at least 50% of the payment must be made during June 2025 to validate the benefit and complete the rest of the payment within the established period.
Couples Package (Exclusive to Metepec)
The Couples Package promotion, valid only at the Metepec location, offers a 50% discount on in-person evaluation appointments, with a final cost of $825 MXN. This applies only to appointments scheduled with prepayment between May 23 and June 30, 2025, through The Clinic’s website or via WhatsApp.

Promotion Validity
All promotions from the “Días para Florecer” campaign are valid from May 23 to June 30, 2025. Treatments must begin and conclude within the timeframe specified for each promotion.

Restrictions and Exclusions
All discounts apply exclusively to the first treatment cycle. The promotions from the “Días para Florecer” campaign are not combinable with any other promotion, offer, or existing discount, nor with the interest-free monthly installment option.

Payments and Invoicing
It is important to comply with the stipulated payment dates to maintain the promotional benefits. Payments made outside the agreed timeframe may result in the loss of applicable discounts or promotional benefits.
Patients requiring an invoice must request it in advance. Invoices must be issued and, if applicable, canceled within the current month. No changes, issuances, or cancellations of invoices will be made outside the established period.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment for the evaluation appointment and tests is non-refundable. By participating in the promotion, patients accept that by making an advance payment, they waive the possibility of requesting a refund.
For high-specialty treatments, cancellation—whether for personal or medical reasons—will be subject to The Clinic’s general refund policy, which includes but is not limited to:
Patient Responsibilities
The patient is responsible for complying with all instructions and commitments related to their treatment at “The Clinic.” This includes scheduling and attending all medical appointments punctually according to the schedule recommended by the specialist, strictly following medical instructions provided, and ensuring that payments are made on time to maintain promotional benefits.
Additionally, the patient must review and accept the Privacy Notice available on the relevant site before starting treatment.
Modifications and Termination of the Promotion
“The Clinic” reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time and without prior notice, always honoring contracts previously made under the terms in effect at the time of payment or agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws in force in the United Mexican States. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply due to their present or future domicile, including those related to services provided at the Metepec, Guadalajara, or any other “Fertilidad Integral” location.
