TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Description of the Promotion

These Terms and Conditions regulate the “50% OFF on Prepaid Evaluation Appointment + Free Antimullerian Test” campaign, organized by Fertilidad Integral (hereinafter referred to as "The Clinic"). The promotion is valid from November 15, 2024, to March 31, 2025. During this period, patients who book and prepay for their in-person evaluation appointment can access a 50% discount and will also receive a free Antimullerian Hormone (AMH) test at no additional cost.

This promotion is subject to medical evaluation and approval to maximize treatment success and minimize risks.

2. Promotion Details

Discount on In-Person Evaluation Appointment

• 50% discount on new in-person evaluation appointments when booked and prepaid between November 15, 2024, and March 31, 2025, through "The Clinic's" website or WhatsApp.
• Regular Price: $1,650 MXN + VAT.
• Discounted Price: $825 MXN + VAT.‍
• Free Antimullerian Test

Patients attending their evaluation appointment during the promotional period will receive a free Antimullerian Hormone (AMH) test, valued at $2,150 MXN (VAT included).‍

Services Included in the Evaluation Appointment:

• Consultation with a reproduction biology specialist.
• Vaginal ultrasound for follicle count (no imaging provided).
• Informative and explanatory material about the recommended treatment.

Restrictions and Exclusions

This promotion applies exclusively to new in-person evaluation appointments and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or current offers. For this promotion, "The Clinic" does not offer interest-free monthly installments (MSI); this option must be consulted and managed directly with your bank.

Services excluded from this promotion:

• Medications.
• Genetic testing on embryos (such as PGT-A and PGT-M).
• DFT (Oocyte devitrification or fertilization of frozen eggs).
• FET (Frozen Embryo Transfer).
• Embryo freezing.
• Endometrial preparation.
• Intrauterine insemination (IUI).
• Timed intercourse.
• Sperm donation.
• Wellness services.
• Additional medical consultations or services derived from previous tests.

3. Promotion Validity

The promotion “We Multiply Your IVF Opportunities” is valid exclusively from November 15, 2024, to March 31, 2025.

4. Participating Locations

The promotion applies to all "The Clinic" locations:

• Mexico City: Av. Ejército Nacional 769, 16th Floor, Colonia Granada, C.P. 11520, Miguel Hidalgo Municipality.
• Metepec: Plaza San Patricio, Av. Tecnológico 601, 2nd Floor, San Salvador Tizatlali, Metepec, State of Mexico. (Procedures and vitrification will be performed exclusively at the Mexico City location).
• Guadalajara: Av. Pablo Neruda 2828, 5th Floor, Providencia 4th Section, C.P. 44630, Guadalajara, Jalisco.

5. Payments and Invoicing‍

Patients must comply with the stipulated payment deadlines to maintain the promotion benefits. Payments made outside the agreed period may result in the loss of applicable promotional discounts or benefits.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payments for evaluation appointments and tests are non-refundable. By participating in this promotion, patients acknowledge and accept that by making an advance payment, they waive the possibility of requesting a refund.

7. Patient Responsibilities 

The patient is responsible for complying with all indications and commitments related to their treatment at "The Clinic." This includes scheduling and attending all medical consultations promptly as recommended by the specialist, strictly following the provided medical instructions, and ensuring compliance with the payment deadlines to maintain any applicable promotional benefits. Additionally, the patient must review and accept the content of the Privacy Notice, available on the corresponding website, before starting treatment.

9. Promotion Modifications and Termination

"The Clinic" reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, while respecting contracts previously made under the terms in effect at the time of payment or agreement.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the interpretation and fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of the United Mexican States. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by their present or future domicile, including those related to services provided at clinics in Metepec, Guadalajara, or any other "Fertilidad Integral" location.
