The “Fertility for Your Future” promotion by Fertilidad Integral (hereinafter referred to as “The Clinic”) will be valid from November 15, 2024, to March 31, 2025. Patients who undergo an egg freezing treatment with “The Clinic” and obtain a number of mature eggs below the threshold established by the promotion, based on their age range, will have the option to access additional egg freezing treatments at a preferential price. This will remain valid until the required number of eggs is reached, within a maximum period of 12 months from the start of the first treatment or until March 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
This promotion is subject to medical evaluation and approval to maximize treatment success and minimize risks.
Preferential Pricing for Additional Cycles
Patients can access additional egg freezing cycles at a discounted price to reach the minimum target number of eggs.
The target number of mature eggs based on age range is as follows:
The patient’s age as of December 31, 2025, will determine the age range.
If a patient does not reach the minimum target number of eggs in the first cycle, “The Clinic” will offer the option to undergo additional cycles. Each additional cycle will be evaluated and approved by the attending physician, based on ovarian response, medical history, and current health conditions to ensure the treatment's safety and effectiveness.
Patients who initiate their first egg freezing cycle during the promotional period will be eligible for additional cycles, if necessary, to reach the minimum target number of eggs at a special price of $38,500 MXN per cycle. To qualify for this discount, patients must adhere to the established deadlines for treatment initiation and full payment.
This promotion is available to both new patients and those who have previously undergone egg freezing treatment at “The Clinic.” Patients may contact the navigation team or schedule a consultation for more information and to assess the feasibility of their case. The team will also reach out directly to guide them through the process.
Services Included in the Egg Freezing Treatment
Conditions for the Maximum Extraction Period
Patients have one calendar year from the start of their first egg freezing treatment at “The Clinic” or until March 31, 2026, whichever comes first, to complete the necessary cycles and reach the target number of mature eggs based on their age range. During this period, the initiation of each cycle is subject to the attending physician’s approval.
“The Clinic” will not be responsible if, by the end of the established period, the patient fails to reach the target number of mature eggs. In such cases, there will be no refunds, compensation, or additional discounts. If the patient wishes to initiate a subsequent cycle, it will be subject to the price in effect at the time of the new treatment.

Storage Costs Beyond the First Year
The storage of frozen eggs will cost $5,000 MXN per year starting from the second year. Only one storage fee per patient is considered. Storage costs may increase annually with prior notice to patients.
Any other service not mentioned in the “Services Included in the Egg Freezing Treatment” section is excluded from this promotion.
The promotion “We Multiply Your IVF Opportunities” is valid exclusively from November 15, 2024, to March 31, 2025.

Patients must comply with the stipulated payment deadlines to maintain the promotion benefits. Payments made outside the agreed period may result in the loss of applicable promotional discounts or benefits.
The payment for the evaluation appointment and studies is non-refundable. By participating in the promotion, patients accept that by making an advance payment, they waive the option to request a refund.
For high-specialty treatments, the cancellation of a treatment, whether by personal or medical decision, will be subject to "The Clinic’s" general refund terms and conditions, which include but are not limited to:
The patient is responsible for complying with all indications and commitments related to their treatment at "The Clinic." This includes scheduling and attending all medical consultations promptly as recommended by the specialist, strictly following the provided medical instructions, and ensuring compliance with the payment deadlines to maintain any applicable promotional benefits. Additionally, the patient must review and accept the content of the Privacy Notice, available on the corresponding website, before starting treatment.
"The Clinic" reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, while respecting contracts previously made under the terms in effect at the time of payment or agreement.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation and fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of the United Mexican States. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by their present or future domicile, including those related to services provided at clinics in Metepec, Guadalajara, or any other "Fertilidad Integral" location.
