March is a month to reflect on the role of women in society. At Fertilidad Integral, we are joining this conversation with our campaign "The Magic of Being a Woman". This initiative seeks to open a dialogue about female reproductive health and provide tools so that every woman can make informed decisions about her fertility. We believe that being a woman is synonymous with power: the power to create, decide, and transform. And knowledge is the key to doing so with confidence and freedom.
A space for dialogue and holistic well-being
One of the highlights of this campaign was the first "Fertile Conversation", held on February 27th in Guadalajara. At this gathering, we explored health from a holistic perspective, addressing:
- Nutrition
- Hormonal balance
- Emotional well-being
Fertility is not just a biological aspect; it is deeply connected to every woman's overall well-being. It was a space filled with learning and sisterhood!
On March 1st, Mexico City hosted the first "Egg Freezing Party" of 2025, an event that offered clear and accessible information about fertility preservation. Attendees enjoyed:
- A barre session led by Edsa Ramírez, a holistic nutrition coach and creator of Edsa Wellness, who shared her personal experience with egg freezing with Fertilidad Integral.
- A talk with Dr. Mayella Fernández del Campo, a specialist in reproductive biology, who answered questions about fertility, ovarian reserve, side effects, and myths surrounding this process.
The event also featured personalities such as Sara Corrales,Claudia Torre,Vanessa Restrepo,Lore Borja,Dulce MagiaandMavi Navarro, who shared their experiences and highlighted the importance of opening spaces for dialogue about women's reproductive health. It was inspiring to hear their stories and feel their support!
Commitment to equity and access to information
The team at Fertilidad Integral, along with allies and women committed to spreading awareness, participated in the March 8th march as part of the Clínica Ficontingent. This action reaffirms our commitment to equity and every woman's right to access reliable information about her reproductive health. It was a day full of energy and unity!
As part of the campaign, we are also launching a special edition of the podcast "La Magia de Caos", hosted by Aislinn Derbez featuring Alexis de Anda,Romina SacreandHildelisa Beltrán. In this episode, we discuss:
