This past Wednesday, July 2nd, we gathered at our Guadalajara clinic to share, from Fertilidad Integral, a heartfelt and powerful conversation about fertility.
We sat down with women we admire—women who inspire us, build community, and tell their stories with open hearts. Content creators with diverse backgrounds came together to speak about a topic that is often left unspoken: reproductive health. They reflected on how, when we recognize it as part of our overall well-being, it changes how we experience it throughout our lives, decisions, and stages.
Over coffee, fresh fruit, and artisanal bread, powerful words stayed with us:
- “They teach us how not to get pregnant, but no one teaches us how to do it consciously.”
- “My gynecologist never mentioned my ovarian reserve…
- “Reproductive health shouldn’t be an emergency or an obstacle.”
At Fertilidad Integral, we firmly believe that information is power—and that access to it at all times is essential. Talking about fertility should be part of everyday conversations, not a taboo filled with uncertainty. That’s why one of our commitments is to create spaces like this and bring the topic to the forefront.

The most emotional moment of the gathering came during dessert. Each guest received a photo of herself as a child—a symbolic gesture that created a deep connection with the version of themselves that could have never imagined talking about fertility with such awareness, freedom, and courage. Because opening up this conversation is also about returning to our roots, to our truest dreams, and to the choices that now shape our present.
At Fertilidad Integral, we want to keep building these spaces of trust, dialogue, and collaboration. We believe that Social Infertility must be addressed by making it visible, by listening, and by offering support.
We want to build fertile spaces for everyone. Let’s talk, create together, and take this message even further.
