These Terms and Conditions govern all promotions valid during August 2025 at Fertilidad Integral (hereinafter "The Clinic"). During this period, various special promotions are offered, applicable to reproductive treatments and services, with exclusive benefits for patients at the Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Metepec locations.

Promotion Validity
All promotions are valid from August 1 to August 31, 2025.
The treatment must begin within a maximum of 3 months after the initial payment (before February 28, 2026). To keep the benefit, at least 50% of the payment must be made in August, with the remaining balance paid before the procedure.

Discounts apply exclusively to the first treatment cycle.
The “Freeze Together” campaign promotions are not combinable with any other offer, current promotion, or interest-free installment plan (MSI).

Payments and Invoicing
Adherence to the specified payment dates is required to maintain eligibility for the promotional benefits. Late payments may result in loss of the discount or other promotional advantages.
Patients who require an invoice must request it in advance. Invoices must be issued (and canceled, if applicable) within the same calendar month. No changes, new invoices, or cancellations will be made outside this timeframe.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payments for the initial consultation and diagnostic studies are non-refundable. By participating in the promotion, patients acknowledge that prepayments are not eligible for refunds.
For high-complexity treatments, cancellations—whether due to personal or medical reasons—are subject to Fertilidad Integral’s general refund policy, including but not limited to:
Patient Responsibilities
The patient is responsible for complying with all instructions and commitments related to their treatment. This includes scheduling and attending all medical appointments on time, following medical guidance as prescribed, and meeting payment deadlines to retain any applicable benefits. Additionally, the patient must review and accept the Privacy Notice available on the official website before beginning treatment.
Modifications and Termination
Fertilidad Integral reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, while honoring all agreements and payments made under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Mexican States. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their current or future domicile, including services rendered in Metepec, Guadalajara, or any other Fertilidad Integral location.
