TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Description of the Promotion

These Terms and Conditions govern the campaign “We Multiply Your IVF Opportunities,” organized by Fertilidad Integral (hereinafter referred to as "The Clinic"), valid from November 15, 2024, to March 31, 2025. During this period, patients who purchase the In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) treatment will be eligible to include up to three embryo transfers in their package at no additional cost.

This promotion is subject to medical evaluation and approval to maximize treatment success and minimize risks.

2. Promotion Details

IVF Package with up to 3 Embryo Transfers

Patients who purchase the In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) treatment during the promotion period will be eligible to include up to three embryo transfers in their package at no additional cost.The inclusion of these transfers is subject to:

• The availability of viable embryos generated during the treatment.
• Evaluation and approval by the treating physician, considering factors such as embryo quality, medical history, and the patient’s health condition.
• Patients complying with the scheduled dates for treatment initiation and full payment to access this benefit.

This promotion is available to new patients and those who begin or are undergoing treatment during November 2024. For more information and to evaluate the viability of their case, patients can contact the navigation team, schedule a consultation, or be contacted directly by the team for guidance on the process.

Services Included in the IVF Package:

• Monitoring Appointments: Supervision and tracking of the ovarian stimulation cycle and the fertilization process.
• Egg Retrieval and Fertilization: One egg retrieval and laboratory fertilization using a semen sample.
• Embryo Transfer: Up to three embryo transfers into the patient’s uterus.
• Embryo Vitrification: Embryos not immediately transferred will be vitrified for preservation.
• One Year of Embryo Storage: The first year of storage for vitrified embryos is included in the package.
• Two Wellness Sessions: Includes two wellness sessions, which may consist of nutrition, psychology, acupuncture, or massage therapy as integral support during the IVF process.

Restrictions and Exclusions

For this promotion, "The Clinic" does not offer interest-free installments; this option must be consulted and arranged directly with the patient’s bank.

Services excluded from this promotion:

• Medications.
• Additional laboratory tests.
• Genetic testing of embryos (e.g., PGT-A and PGT-M).
• Intrauterine insemination (IUI).
• Timed intercourse cycles.
• Sperm donation.
• Egg donation.
• Wellness services.
• Additional medical consultations or services derived from prior evaluations.
• Any other service not mentioned under "Services Included in the Treatment."

3. Promotion Validity

The promotion “We Multiply Your IVF Opportunities” is valid exclusively from November 15, 2024, to March 31, 2025.

4. Participating Locations

The promotion applies to all "The Clinic" locations:

• Mexico City: Av. Ejército Nacional 769, 16th Floor, Colonia Granada, C.P. 11520, Miguel Hidalgo Municipality.
• Metepec: Plaza San Patricio, Av. Tecnológico 601, 2nd Floor, San Salvador Tizatlali, Metepec, State of Mexico. (Procedures and vitrification will be performed exclusively at the Mexico City location).
• Guadalajara: Av. Pablo Neruda 2828, 5th Floor, Providencia 4th Section, C.P. 44630, Guadalajara, Jalisco.

5. Payments and Invoicing‍

Patients must comply with the stipulated payment deadlines to maintain the promotion benefits. Payments made outside the agreed period may result in the loss of applicable promotional discounts or benefits.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The payment for the evaluation appointment and studies is non-refundable. By participating in the promotion, patients accept that by making an advance payment, they waive the option to request a refund.

For high-specialty treatments, the cancellation of a treatment, whether by personal or medical decision, will be subject to "The Clinic’s" general refund terms and conditions, which include but are not limited to:

• Refunds will be made exclusively by bank transfer.
• 5% of the total cost of the treatment will be retained, regardless of the payment method, as long as the cancellation is attributable to the patient.

7. Política de cancelación y reembolsos

El pago de la cita de valoración y los estudios no será reembolsable. Al participar en la promoción, los pacientes aceptan que, al realizar el pago anticipado, renuncian a la posibilidad de solicitar la devolución de los fondos.

En el caso de los tratamientos de alta especialidad, la cancelación de un tratamiento, ya sea por decisión propia o médica, estará sujeta a los términos y condiciones generales de reembolso de “La Clínica”, que incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

• El reembolso se realizará exclusivamente por transferencia bancaria.
• Se retendrá el 5% del costo total del tratamiento, sin importar método de pago siempre y cuando las causas de cancelación sean atribuibles al paciente.

8. Patient Responsibilities 

The patient is responsible for complying with all indications and commitments related to their treatment at "The Clinic." This includes scheduling and attending all medical consultations promptly as recommended by the specialist, strictly following the provided medical instructions, and ensuring compliance with the payment deadlines to maintain any applicable promotional benefits. Additionally, the patient must review and accept the content of the Privacy Notice, available on the corresponding website, before starting treatment.

9. Promotion Modifications and Termination

"The Clinic" reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, while respecting contracts previously made under the terms in effect at the time of payment or agreement.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the interpretation and fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of the United Mexican States. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by their present or future domicile, including those related to services provided at clinics in Metepec, Guadalajara, or any other "Fertilidad Integral" location.
